The Wishing Well bar services provide a charming and aesthetically pleasing experience, featuring certified and charismatic bartenders, a fully equipped bar, and a full array of drink essentials, including cups, napkins, straws, ice, coolers, garnishes, and mixers!

The Wishing Well's home is Belmont, NC, but we are happy to travel anywhere in North Carolina or South Carolina! Please note that we will charge $0.69 per mile for anything over 40 miles round trip.

Pricing varies and is dependent on bar preference, what kind of drinks you would like served, guest count, location of event, and duration of event.

In North Carolina, mobile bars are not permitted to supply or transport alcohol. Therefore, clients hiring The Wishing Well are responsible for providing the alcohol and obtaining a one-time alcohol permit, in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Absolutely! We’ll match the number of bartenders to the size of your event, ensuring your guests receive exceptional service and have an amazing experience!

As long as there’s an entryway that fits Winnie's dimensions—10ft x 6ft x 7.5ft (L x W x H)—anything is possible! And if space is tight, Penny is always ready to roll!

The Wishing Well LLC carries liquor liability insurance and general liability insurance.

Winnie does require a power outlet. We provide extension cords! If a plug is unavailable, we will provide The PREDATOR® 3500 Watt SUPER QUIET™ Inverter Generator. If generator power is required, it must be placed outdoors in a well-ventilated area.

Once we’ve confirmed the date and finalized the pricing, we’ll send you an invoice and contract. To secure your date, a 50% retainer is required at the time of booking.

We can improvise! We can bring Winnie indoors if she fits, transfer all our materials to an indoor bar provided by the venue, or roll out Penny instead!
